About
Katherine Dillhoff, LMT
Katherine Dillhoff has been a licensed massage therapist for 13 years, with a primary focus on medical massage. Over the course of her career, she has received mentorship from chiropractors, acupuncturists, and physical therapists, allowing her to develop a specialized approach to helping clients manage acute injuries, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, and recovery from orthopedic surgeries.
Katherine specializes in trigger point therapy and focused treatment work, with a particular affinity for the neck and upper shoulders. She works with clients recovering from injuries as well as those experiencing chronic tension and stress related to work and everyday life.
Over the past two years, Katherine has expanded her practice to include somatic work. Through a nervous-system-informed approach, she helps clients cultivate a greater sense of safety and connection within their bodies. Her treatments support nervous system regulation and decompression, creating space for clients to reconnect with themselves and move through life with a more grounded sense of awareness and ease.
When Katherine isn’t supporting others on their healing journeys or continuing her studies, she enjoys connecting with nature through walks along the river, hiking, and camping. She also values spending time with friends and family and making meaningful connections in her personal life.
